WHO WE ARE:

Edible Twin Cities is a quarterly publication that promotes the abundance of local foods in the Twin Cities area and surrounding communities. We celebrate the family farmers, chefs, food artisans, farmers' market vendors and other food-related businesses for their dedication to using the highest quality, seasonal, locally grown products. The lovingly produced foods they bring to the table are what makes our community an interesting and healthy place for us to live, work and thrive.

Our mission is to transform the way residents of the greater Twin Cities area shop for, cook, eat, and appreciate the food that is grown in our region. Through our publications and website, we connect consumers with local growers, retailers, chefs, and food artisans, enabling those relationships to grow and thrive in mutually beneficial, healthy and economically viable ways.
